Charlotte is a hypnotherapist, antenatal educator, and passionate advocate for maternal well-being. Drawing from her personal journey, she discovered the transformative power of Hypnobirthing during her own pregnancy, turning anxiety into confidence and self-trust. Fuelled by a passion to provide the support she believes all parents deserve, she founded Poppy & Jack Hypnobirthing & Mama Wellbeing in 2021.
With a practical and evidence-based approach, Charlotte guides individuals through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood using a blend of Hypnobirthing, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Mindfulness. Her logical and down-to-earth techniques empower clients to navigate the challenges of pregnancy and parenthood with calm, confidence, and resilience.
Charlotte's compassionate and informed support and expertise extends beyond childbirth, offering Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and NLP for perinatal trauma resolution. She addresses a spectrum of issues, including stress, anxiety (including panic attacks), depression, low confidence and low self-esteem, insomnia, fertility, IBS, specific phobias, weight management and comfort eating, smoking cessation and habit control, loss and grief.
