Massage

  • Holistic or Remedial Sports Massage 1.5hr.

  • 60 mins Holistic Massage helps to bring about a state of balance in the body. To create a space for deep relaxation, where you can let go and slow down for a moment. This can have a direct positive effect on your general wellbeing. The focus will be to provide a treatment that is in tune with your specific needs at that time. These may include deep tissue work for general muscular tension, or to boost immunity and blood circulation.

  • This soothing postnatal massage is designed for mothers who want to care for their body while staying close to their baby. Your little one can rest beside you on the table or be held in your arms as you breastfeed, creating a calm and nurturing experience for both of you.

We tailor each session to your needs, working in different positions to ensure your comfort while responding to your baby’s cues. With a flexible, baby-led approach, you can fully relax, knowing that this time is as much for you as it is for them.

A beautiful way to support your recovery while sharing a peaceful moment with your baby.

  • Pregnancy Massage is a gentle, hands-on treatment specifically adapted for mothers-to-be from 12 weeks onwards. Each session is personalised, drawing on experience in aromatherapy and massage to help ease discomfort, reduce swelling, and support overall well-being. Hand made oils are used to nourish your skin, relieve back tension, and soothe stretch marks. You’ll also receive guidance on how to care for your body during and after pregnancy—please feel free to ask for any support you need.

It is important that you and your growing baby is comfortable, therefore, the treatment is usually received in a side-lying position but if you prefer massage in a seated position or any other way, it can be adjusted to your exact needs on the day. Pillows, bolsters and drapes are provided for support and comfort.

  • This treatment activates the flow of Reiki energy, working in harmony with the chakras to deepen your state of relaxation and promote energetic balance. The session begins with a deeply soothing massage to release physical tension, preparing your body for the next phase: a chakra cleanse.

During this cleanse, I will gently place my hands on your shoulders, connecting our heart and crown chakras, before intuitively working through each of your energy centers. We’ll conclude the session with a moment of reflection, where we can discuss any sensations or visualizations that arose during the treatment, followed by a card reading for additional insight and guidance

  • Treat common muscle and joint complaints like muscle imbalance/dysfunction and joint mobility problems that affect our ability to do activities and sports. Treatment includes postural assessment, muscle testing, palpation and massage.

Massage techniques range from deep tissue manipulation, and trigger point work to more superficial fascia release techniques. It is a type of massage where the focus is in a more specific area of the body requiring rehabilitation.

Scar Therapy

Step into our cosy massage room and let Amy design a bespoke treatment for your scar. She uses hands-on massage, lymphatic techniques and our negative pressure Lymphatouch device (originally designed for treating burns). This is extremely effective and you'll have some techniques to try at home.

Book in with Amy for:

  • C-section scar therapy (including keloid scars)

  • Hysterectomy scar therapy

  • Cancer-related scar therapy (not available yet)

Please email Amy at amy@thenatalbody.com with any queries or information on how to book. Check out her instagram @thenatalbody for more.

Notify your practitioner of any medical conditions prior to treatment. Scars must be fully healed (no scab) before treatment can commence. If you are still in pain after surgery, we recommend waiting until you feel comfortable to have someone touch your scar area before treatment.
