 We’ve teamed up with Esmae from Empower Pilates to bring you a wonderful workshop at WildBox.

We are so excited to be hosting an event all about the pelvic floor! This is a topic that can be a real grey area for many women, with little support or information available! 

We will start the morning with a talk from Liz Brown covering topics such as the importance of our pelvic floor, pelvic floor health, and how to engage and release. This will be followed by a pelvic floor focused pilates class with Esmae and finishing with tea, coffee, snacks and a Q&A with Liz! ​

No matter what stage of life you're at, whether you're pre/postnatal, peri/post menopausal or just interested in deepening you knowledge and connection to your pelvic floor, this is the event for you!​​​​
