Yoga
Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, bringing together the mind, body and spirit. Yoga helps to decrease stress and anxiety, release tension, aches and pains, promotes restful sleep and can improve balance, flexibility and strength.
At our Bristol clinic we offer pregnancy yoga, yoga for womens health, mum & baby yoga and yoga for menopause.
Please note: there are baby changing facilities downstairs but we have limited space for prams (max 3 per class).
