Yoga


Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, bringing together the mind, body and spirit. Yoga helps to decrease stress and anxiety, release tension, aches and pains, promotes restful sleep and can improve balance, flexibility and strength. At our Bristol clinic we offer pregnancy yoga, yoga for womens health, mum & baby yoga and yoga for menopause.

​Please note: there are baby changing facilities downstairs but we have limited space for prams (max 3 per class).

    6:15-7:30pm - Pregnancy Yoga

    7.45-8.45pm - Yoga for Womens' health 

    (suitable for overactive pelvic floor)

    WEDNESDAYS

    10.30-11.30am - Mum & Baby Yoga

Breathe

Yoga can help you to connect to your breath, and tune into the relaxation side of our nervous system. This allows us to manage pain better and feel more calm.

Move

A gentle way of moving your body to re-connect and restore via breath and movement. 

Relax

Yoga can allow us to connect, open and relax certain areas of the body, like the pelvic floor and abdomen.

Kate is a specialist Yoga Teacher and Doula, specialising in yoga for women's health, fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and the menopause.

Kate’s classes are friendly, sociable and down to earth, mixing ancient and tradition yoga practices with the latest evidence-based research.
