Meet Meg
[MEG IS SADLY LEAVING US TO AUSTRALIA FEB 2025, SO NOT CURRENTLY TAKING NEW PATIENTS, APOLOGIES!]
Meg is passionate about improving awareness and accessibility to pelvic health physiotherapy. Having always been an active person, Meg knows the physical and mental benefits of staying active through life. She found pelvic health through her experience in private practice, and wanted to help bridge the disconnect between pelvic health and sports physiotherapy, and help support women through pregnancy, during their breast cancer journey, and on their return to sport.
Megs favourite part of the job is connecting with people, having a good laugh, and being that person to unload to. She is a big believer that holistic care gets better outcomes.
Meg graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2015 and spent her first 3 years of clinical practice at Bristol’s Southmead hospital. When she moved to New Zealand in 2019, she started working at a top sports and musculoskeletal clinic in Wellington. Here she enjoyed working with a Premier men’s Rugby team, providing pitch side support.
During a working holiday in Vancouver BC, Meg was lucky to work with BC’s leading Pelvic health Physiotherapy clinic.
When she’s not at work, she can be found searching for waves to surf, trail running, mountainbiking, or on the netball court.
